room and kitchen. A dining area which looks out on to the back
grass area easily takes an 8 place table and chairs.
The kitchen is especially well
appointed with granite work tops and cabinets made of attractive
knotty wood. Included in the kitchen is a double fridge/freezer
with ice maker and cold water which comes from a newly installed
osmosis system ensuring fresh clean drinking water at all
times. Dishwasher, range/oven and microwave are all fitted.
Leading out to the garage is a utility room for the washing
machine and dryer which are both Whirlpool units and will remain.
High speed
internet with wireless via Qwest is fitted and will remain for
the new owner. Direct TV is also installed

GARAGE:
The large garage will take 3 cars with ease. It has a work bench
along the back wall, a further work and storage area between the
two automatic doors. Complemented with two 30A 220V outlet
by the bench, plus it also has various 110v outlets and a
Central Vac system point. The well pressure tank, Water Softener
(potassium) and forced air heating unit is located to the right
inside the garage. Collapsible storage shelves can be relocated
to suit the need of a new owner.

A pedestrian friendly community Cornville village center is a
short walk away has a Recreational Park, Restaurants, Gas

Cottonwood is a 10 minute drive and has major retail stores.
Flagstaff is 55 minutes away and Prescott about 1 hour. The
